Buffy has been the best realtor I've worked with, as I've now bought and sold 3 homes. Her wonderful demeanor, customized approach and her ability to truly listen to my needs exceeded my expectations. I made a significant transition over the past year in deciding to downsize and sell my home in WI, and purchasing a new home in MI. I had several requirements and Buffy was the best partner I could have hoped for to meet all those requirements. In addition, she connected me to so many wonderful new people within my community, as well as contractors, to ensure I had everything I needed. I was extremely blessed to have worked with Buffy. I now feel settled knowing my new house and neighborhood, feels like it was made for me....thanks to Buffy!

Buffy is a wonderful Realitor to work with. She is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Our home purchase process was so efficient and streamlined with an amazing group of professionals to guide us along the way. Buffy was available anytime if we had questions or set up conference calls with other professionals when needed. She worked with the seller to allow us to see the house several times before purchasing. Buffy made our new home purchase experience so easy and quick. I was a buyer of a property for which Buffy was the seller's agent. I first reached when I left here a voicemail one evening and within 10 minutes we were on the phone and arranging a visit to the property. Let me tell you, Buffy went above and beyond! She was so helpful along the way that at times I had to remind myself she was the seller's agent, not mine. She was a consistent advocate for the property, exhibited supreme professionalism, and for any questions she could not answer herself, she helped put me in touch with somebody who could answer them. Selling our condo with BUFFY was a GREAT EXPERIENCE ! We contacted Buffy to sell our condo & she went right to work selling our condo. Her promoting of our condo thru photos & drone footage was SUPERB.. Buffy and her support team are very professional & knowledgeable. Al and I highly recommend her !!
